The strength of 100WomenStrong lies in our ability to provide effective support to non-profits working within Loudoun County, by leveraging the significant member donations.

  • We educate ourselves on the needs in the community. 
  • We inform the community of the needs in Loudoun County to help promote fundraising.
  • We each make an annual contribution to provide funds to support the mission of 100Women Strong.
  • We meet on a monthly basis to analyze and evaluate grant applications from strategic non-profit philanthropic organizations who are addressing the following focus areas:
                         Shelter, Health, Hunger  and  Education.
  • We select grants that best fit our mission.
  • We monitor and follow-up on the effectiveness of our contributions.

Hidden beneath Loudoun's affluence, the number of children under 18, women and families needing shelter is staggering.





Hundreds of children and their families go hungry every day as they find themselves struggling.
A holistic and strategic approach to community wide issues are needed to ensure that giving is effective and that real solutions emerge from our activities.


As healthcare costs rise, access to the services needed by many are put out of reach.

Despite having the best schools in the nation, those "at risk" and with learning disabilities suffer from a lack of resources.
